As a direct supplier of factory, we only sell our products through distributors who are actively registered as a distributor of promotional products. Any purchase orders must be in writing on customer's official PO form or company letterhead. All orders must be confirmed in writing either by mail,fax or email to ensure accuracy. in the meanwhile, credit approval is nessesory. Any amendaments to an order must be in writing & confirmed by us.
For regular products we don't have SETUP charge. Only custom item which need new mold to generate at first time. Afterwards, any repeat order won't charge SETUP again.
600dpi or higher laser prints, preferable at 150% of final site on a black and white paper. Glossy and fine grain paper works better than matte copy paper. Artwork for multi-color imprints must clearly indicate colors and always include a color composite.
In general, production time is 7-15 business days after all approval in writting. Our production times are subject to change depending on stock availability,quantity ordered and unpredictable issues. Please contact us in advance to make sure on larger quantity or rush request. Production time starts right after customer signs back the confirmation form and a copy of payment.
We will ship goods in a fast and safe way to ensure on-time delivery. Methods include UPS, FEDEX, DHL or other common carriers. This applies to all orders unless otherwise specified. We will not be responsible for late delivery due to issues caused in transit.
We only charge what quantity you order. If receiving quantity is less than you order, pls advise us immediately, we will refund to your account after comfirmation.

Yes, We do. If the value of sample is under $10, the sample is free. Otherwise you will pay 50% of the total amount. Freight charge will be at your side ( in general, $20-$30) if shipped out from oversea.
